How this works

Who is building it

One person, directing Claude Opus 4.8, with the interfaces shaped by an in-house design skill called the impeccable design skill. No paid ads and a €0 budget. The goal is simple: build ten small "boring task" web apps, ship them all, then pour everything into whichever one the internet actually wants.

The rules, same for all ten

A "visit" is one anonymous session, counted by our own first-party counter with bots filtered. The season runs a calendar month and is scored on unique visitors this month. You back one horse to top the month; switching is allowed but resets your streak. No money changes hands, ever, and nothing on this board is invented.

The roadmap

  1. Phase 1, Build. All ten shipped. Done.
  2. Phase 2, Race. This board, live, updated daily. You are here.
  3. Phase 3, Iterate. The day one horse clears a real 1,000-visit month, A/B testing and conversion work start on the leader, and the deciding metric shifts to conversions (affiliate clicks, downloads, sign-ups). Committing to that metric before the numbers exist is the whole point.
